ParlaMint
A project funded by CLARIN-ERIC, which aims to develop a multilingual corpus of parliamentary debates in many European languages. The corpora are presented in a common structure and with comparable metadata. Read more

PressMint
A project funded by CLARIN-ERIC to create a corpus of historical journalistic materials from the 19th century to the mid-20th century. The corpus will require OCR correction of the relevant newspapers or magazines, presented in the spelling of 1945. The corpora will be annotated with named entities. The corpora will use a uniform format and comparable metadata. Read more

The project focuses on research of the history of the city of Sofia in the period from the late 19th century to the middle of the 20th century and subsequent innovative dissemination of the results using contemporary technologies. The activities envisage active interaction between humanities, urban history and digital technologies as a means of creating and disseminating new scientific knowledge, engaging with the urban environment and socializing cultural heritage in accordance with today’s needs. The project develops an innovative online academic encyclopedic platform through which the rich resource of scientific encyclopedic articles of the Bulgarian Encyclopedia Scientific Information Center will be digitized and made available for public use.
